Aspiga - Placement

Project Brief

Those who undertook a 9 weeks placement in a professional environment, were asked to devise a 3-year marketing and 1-year communication plan on the company itself. During these 9 weeks, we had to identify any successes as well as any improvements which we believed could be done via a strategic plan. 

This report explored current marketing strategies of the ethical & sustainable luxury online retailer Aspiga. The aim was to recognise key issues to create opportunities that drive brand engagement and upturn customer retention. The primary focus was an analysis of Aspiga’s achievements and failures, the obstacles that surface when exploring competitive behaviour, and macro trends. Any severe issues identified were chosen to be dealt with first. A three-year marketing strategy and a one-year tactical communication plan has been detailed to maximise sales and growth in their UK market based on these individual faults.
